I got an account, but I don't get the RP character thing. And what's this test everyones talking about?

Instructions:
1. Read Rules.
2. Remember Code Word.
3. Go To Application Guide.
4. Copy and paste the thread.
5. Start a new thread.
6. Fill in the blanks.
7. We'll Check It.
8. Maybe we'll accept it.
9. Once we do accept it, you can go to The Warehouse and start yer role playing.
