Somehow it's adorable, creepy, and frightening at the same time.
I think it's the eyes.

Awww! I missed the rat show! Oh well...... And I totally agree with patsee, the it's creepy and cute! I think the creepyness is from the eyes and hands!

HA! That's a Tarsier!! I know where the video was held because I can hear some voices at the background. It's from my home town; The Philippine Islands!! I haven't seen one yet but it's somehow rare. Yay, Tarsiers!!
