Well I personally have never had much of a problem with being on the bus at 7:30, but it sounds like this really works! It would be nice to start later and have shorter classes.
I don't like getting up early, but actually starting early is better. When you start early you end early, and therefore you have more time in the afternoon to do homework and have fun. If schools start later, you aren't going to spend that time the same way. The extra time would be in the morning, and people will just sleep longer. It isn't like if schools start later people will get up at the same time. I like to have more time for things after school.
the people at my school said the reason they couldnt do that is because of people with sports practice, but otherwise they would. didnt you post about something similar like a billion years ago? and friday the 13th was recent, and i discovered a graveyard near my dentists office recently, and then my orthodontist dropped a bomb on me because they 'made a mistake' and ive been starving and sore for the past few days. im determined to find a connection in all this.
thanks kirsten! this is really going to help, cuz my friend and i are trying to fix things like this in our schools! my sister has to buy another lock for gym instead of using the one she has at home just because the color of the lock is red, and OF COURSE all gym locks have to be black!!!
it's weird...
my school starts @ 7.30 which pretty much makes my life miserable...
OH ME SQUEE THANK YOOOOUUUU!!!!
honestly....i may seem like a nerd (because it's true) but my school doesn't start early enough! i'm so dreadfully bored...
whoa i havent been on in soo long! just got back from my trip to canada and new york. i must say....new york really is the place to write stories :) youve got it good kirsten! hahha but i must admit you are my favorite author of action :D
kirsten why wont u add to the colubia conspiracy??? i really liked reading it and also will u be so kind to tell us how many kiki strike books u intend to publish? like one for each character or how many??? thanks im dying to knw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Eleven o' clock? Screw that! I can't sleep until after one! BTW, any advice about schools that ignore the students when they try to make everyone's lives so much easier? My friends and I lost our lunch table last year because the seniors got kicked out of their lounge!(behavioral issues) They didn't even sit there afterward so it was pointless.
