The Week in Bizarre

Have visits from UFOs left three Peruvian lagoons with strange healing powers?

Famous toy store FAO Schwarz now lets you make your own monster. Perhaps somethings are better left to professionals?

Could you sleep a night at the Lizzie Borden Bed & Breakfast?

Inside a former bank vault under a high-rise building in Tokyo lies a subterranean farm.

A Norwegian boy used his videogame skills to fend off a moose attack.

Technology at it's best: lickable ads.

Oh gross, lickable ads in a magazine in a waiting room??!
Hopefully the people who can read have the sense not to lick already-been-licked ads, and those who would lick anything can't read.

I read all of them! The underground farm is utterly amazing... Wow. Clever and sustainable. Not to mention, very beautiful.
And, like Falcon, I'd definitely stay at the Lizzie Borden! That would be really awesome to investigate and stuff...
I guess they turned a murder into something profitable. xD

Jin Ai: Oh. That's kind of a disgusting thought. Because most people actually read those sorts of magazines in doctor's offices... -shudder-

I would totally lick a magazine. If it were mine. And no one else had touched it.

Wrong "its" in you post, by the way. Not to be rude, or anything, but it's the sort of thing that I notice. ^.^

I'd stay at the Lizzie house! Sounds fun, but scary.
Lickible adds sound cool, but I'm still not sure I would lick them.
That guy who played dead is crazy. I mean, sure he survived, but would any sane person lie on the ground in front of a huge angry animal?
That farm is weird! How is it even possible?
I want a monster kit! That's cute.

Lickable ads...
There shouldn't be a problem, if people use their brains.

I would only lick one if I knew it was mine. Yum.

I wouldn't lick a mag... you know some types of red food coloring are made out of crushed beetles, and that what we EAT. let alone what we print on papers.
