Now you do, too. If I ever win the lottery, (come on, universe, throw me one!), I'm going to do something similar with the Irregulars' logo. (Perhaps a little something involving topiary.)
Irregularmobile? Not in New York City -- parking can be a pain. Even if you've got a forged FDYN or Coroner's Office pass on the vehicle, it'd be a pain. Besides, I think Kirsten enjoys writing about managing transportation in a relatively old, densely inhabited city. After all, if it were easy for young girls to drive or ride anywhere and everywhere, why would they need tunnels, taxis, motor scooters? I am a little miffed about a certain "lumbering bicycle" reference, but I've been caught in bicycle traffic jams (while on a bicycle) before.
By the way, I read recently in the online edition of the New York Times the tram from Manhattan to Roosevelt Island is about to get back into service.
I'm the author of the Kiki Strike book series (plus a few other things) and co-author (with Jason Segel) of the Nightmares! book series.
This is my old blog. If you want to know what's happening now, check out kirstenmillerbooks.com!
