A Personal Invitation to Teens and Adults
I'm going to be spending a lot of time over at the blog for my new book, The Eternal Ones, which comes out on August 10th! So please drop by, and I'll be happy to tell you who you were in a previous life! (It's a little nuts but a lot of fun.)
The new book and the blog are not intended for anyone under 14. Those of you who haven't quite reached that mark, hold tight. I'll still be posting here regularly, and there will be a new Kiki Strike book soon!

I LOVED it!! It was really good!
for some reason, ever since the second kiki strike book came out, i've been placing my bets on what colour the cover of the third one will be. i'm actually nearly as excited to find out the colour/cover art as to read the actual story. (i know it sounds crazy.)
i have my bets placed on yellow but i could be completely wrong.
when is the next Kiki Strike coming out.What will the third book cover look like. me and my sister think it should be purple with Deedee on it.

Alli the Totally Wicked Novelist: I agree completely! Not only will you have less time to spend on (a) new Kiki Strike book(s) and (b) *us*, your *completely loyal* (hint hint) fans, you will also be shifting mental gears over to a completely different genre! If you aren't careful, what's to say you won't lose interest in the wierd and wonderful? --no offense. But I am panicking here!

well.... first of all I see the mania has returned about new books and I would like to inquire just what exactly do you have against peopel under tjhe age of 14? hm? hm? humpf. I hust pent a weekpretending to be 14 so I ould go to Appalachia to build houses for poor people. Plus, I'm going into 9th grade. So I'm aquite mature enough to read your book, plus I've been reading at a college level since like 6th grade.
And I'll be 14 in October.
Oh and I already know most of the world were dung beetles in their past lif. You see it's a never ending cycle. Bad people become dungbeetles, then the dung beatles are good (when was the last time you met a mean dung beatle)and become mean humans...
Except I'm catholic. So I don't believe in that. But it is fun to tell people that. :D
@ mushroom cloud, I don't think she has anything aginst girls under 14 th book is a YA book and wouldn't be approperate for younger readers.
Anonymous (and others): To be honest, I have no idea! I don't have much control over the covers of my books. But it will probably feature Betty Bent, since she's a very important character in book #3!
