Tentacle Arm or Monsterskin Rug?

"While we've been using our primitive, apelike arms like a bunch of jerks, the squids of the world have been clutching their prey with their superior tentacles and laughing at us. Until now! For the first time, you can have tentacles of your very own. Equipped with suction cups and plenty of creepy greenness." Purchase this masterpiece here.

Or perhaps the Monsterskin Rug from Longoland is more your style?

Have you ever heard of the Tunguska incident in 1908 in Siberia? There was an explosion, no one knows what caused it and I think I read that it was radioactive. Here's some info and the title of a good book about it:
The Mystery of the Tunguska Fireball by Surendra Verma

Have you heard about the crystal skull that Anna Le Guillon Mitchell-Hedges found in 1926? It's kind of strange. Here's more info:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crystal_skull
Strange Mysteries from around the world by Seymour Simon (really great book even though it's really small, I've read a few times and really liked it, there's only a small article about the crystal skull but the book has a lot of good stories about unusual events)

Also I recommend the Stargate SG-1 episode titled Crystal Skull. It doesn't really have anything much to do with the skull stuff but it's a really good episode (the second best of the whole series, the absolute best being Window of Opportunity)

They have figured out a way to clone meat! Well, in a different way. they take one cell of meat, and they can clone it so many times that it could feed america. i think. i don't know too much yet, but I will find out. i am not sure how i feel about this yet...but it sounds better than the 'other option'.

Elizabeth: You are my kinda girl! What amazing stuff you've dug up! I've heard of the Tunguska Incident, but I don't know much about it. I'm going to use your links to do some serious research. As for the crystal skull--I've been to the ruins where the skull was found. Very interesting. I posted about it in June of 2007. Have you heard about the next Indian Jones movie: Indian Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull? I wonder if it has anything to do with the skull Anna discovered.

I can't wait for the Indiana Jones. I first read that they were making it 3 years ago, the wait is almost over.

I agree with Littlechar, It (the rug) does look like something they would have at IKEA.
